We are looking for experienced Call Center Representatives If you have a  call center background, and a British and American accent, it will be considered a plus (females are encouraged to apply). 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls and scheduling appointments  
  • Efficiently Respondent to customer queries, explaining possible solutions and ensuring customers feel supported and valued
  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and bringing these to resolution
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Verify and collect accurate information
  • Sending out emails and texts 
  • Follow up with clients.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and right methods/tools.
  • Record Keeping Related to calls.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Exceptional English communication skills, and good written skills.
  • Understanding of company products, services, and policies
  • Proficiency with computers, especially with excel good typing skills
  • Active listener
  • Ability to work Day/Night shift
  • Preferably should have 1-2+ years of experience
