Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Making outbound calls and scheduling appointments
  2. Efficiently Responded to customer queries, explaining possible solutions and ensuring customers feel supported and valued
  3. Taking ownership of customer issues reported and bringing these to resolution
  4. Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  5. Verify and collect accurate information
  6. Sending out emails and texts
  7. Follow up with clients.
  8. Provide accurate, valid, and right methods/tools.
  9. Record Keeping Related to calls.

Required skills and qualifications:

  1. Exceptional English communication skills, and good written skills.
  2. Understanding of company products, services, and policies
  3. Proficiency with computers, especially with Excel good typing skills
  4. Active listener
  5. Night Shift(Pick & drop services will be provided by company)
  6. Preferably should have 1-2+ years of experience
