Sales Executive

We are seeking energetic and goal-oriented Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales, generating leads, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will play a critical role in achieving our monthly sales target.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
Schedule and conduct sales meetings with prospective clients to pitch products/services.
Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospects using CRM software.
Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
Meet or exceed individual sales quotas contributing to the overall team target.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
Provide regular updates on sales progress, forecasts, and challenges to the Sales Manager.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts and strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance metrics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
