  • Strong customer handling skills, with the ability to engage effectively and build rapport.
  • Availability for night shifts, ensuring round-the-clock support for our clientele.
  • Proficiency in delivering high-quality sales service through phone interactions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of maintaining schedules and tracking client interactions.
  • Diligent in preparing and submitting daily task reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Ability to address customer inquiries, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Excellent time management skills, adept at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent English Speaking skills
  • Excellent customer handling skills
  • Previous experience in sales.
  • Strong phone verbal and communication skills including active listening.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate computer handling, browsing, data entry, and processing skills
