Design Sales Agent

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the FB Area of Karachi, working night shifts as a Design Sales Agent. The role primarily involves engaging with customers through platforms like Discord and Twitch to promote and sell custom design and creative services. The agent will be responsible for following up on leads, managing customer objections effectively, and consistently achieving sales targets. This position offers a competitive salary range along with commission opportunities, making it suitable for candidates with a background in customer-facing sales or relevant educational qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers on Discord and Twitch to promote and sell custom design and creative services.
- Follow up promptly and professionally with potential leads to convert them into sales.
- Manage and address customer objections to facilitate successful sales outcomes.
- Maintain and achieve monthly sales targets to contribute to overall business growth.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the design and creative teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and met.

Required Qualifications
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, equivalent experience in customer-facing sales roles will also be considered.
- Proven ability to handle sales conversations and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in engaging with customers via online platforms such as Discord and Twitch.
- Ability to work night shifts reliably and maintain productivity during those hours.
- Basic understanding of design services or a willingness to learn about custom design offerings.
