As a Sales Executive at Design District, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and building relationships with clients. Your expertise in communication and negotiation will enable you to identify client needs and deliver solutions that enhance their experience with our design products. You will be responsible for lead generation, maintaining customer relationships, and forecasting sales accurately to meet targets. As a leader, you will manage a team of four, providing guidance and support to ensure that both individual and team sales goals are met. Your experience in design or eBook sales is essential to help us understand the nuances of our target market and develop effective strategies that resonate with potential clients.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and achieve quarterly targets
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, leveraging your communication and negotiation skills
  • Manage and guide a team of four sales representatives, providing feedback and coaching to improve their performance
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to review team performance, discuss challenges, and strategize on lead generation efforts
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track customer interactions and sales activities meticulously
  • Generate new leads through networking, social media, and industry events, expanding the client base for Design District
  • Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to meet the specific needs of clients
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales strategies with promotional activities and campaigns
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, making adjustments to strategies as necessary to meet goals
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues effectively
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales and customer relationship management
