- Payment & Assets must counter signed Deputy Manager in Cheques register before authorized signatory signature.
- All cheques issued and received must be written in the cheque register immediately.
- All issuing cheques must be written in the cheque register before the signature from the authorized signatory.
- Any cash received against Sales and Rental of Machinery must also be entered in the cheque register with relevant details.
- At day close all issued and received cheques, and relevant vouchers must be prepared, and relevant updated ledger copies must be filed in relevant files.
- For any payment made to the vendor as advance or without bills availability, the Deputy Manager of Payment & Assets must ensure bill availability within 02 days from the concerned.
- At day end Deputy Manager Payment & Assets and Deputy Manager Accounts must signed in the cheque register with remarks that entries in the register are fully completed and recorded in Software.
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
