Design & Engineering Systems (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a skilled and proactive professional for the position of Manager IT. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the organization’s overall IT infrastructure, systems operations, network security, ERP support, and technology initiatives to ensure smooth and secure business operations.
The role requires strong expertise in IT infrastructure management, network administration, cybersecurity, systems support, and digital transformation initiatives. The selected candidate will oversee IT operations, ensure system availability and data security, manage IT projects, and provide strategic technology support aligned with organizational objectives, including support for multiple project and site operations.
The ideal candidate should hold a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field with 8–10 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and systems management. Strong expertise in network administration, cybersecurity, ERP systems, server management, and IT strategy is essential. Experience in managing IT projects, digital transformation initiatives, multiple site operations, and IT support environments is preferred. Construction industry experience will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and systems.
- Ensure smooth functioning, security, and availability of all IT systems and business applications.
- Provide IT support and coordination for Head Office and multiple project/site operations.
- Oversee network administration, cybersecurity measures, firewalls, data protection, and backup systems.
- Manage ERP systems, user support, system upgrades, and troubleshooting activities.
- Plan and implement IT policies, SOPs, and security protocols across the organization.
- Lead IT projects, system enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments for IT-related support and procurement.
- Monitor system performance and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity standards, and organizational policies.
- Lead and supervise the IT team to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
