Design & Engineering Systems (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional for the position of Executive OD (Organizational Development). The incumbent will support organizational development initiatives, performance management processes, KPI tracking, employee engagement activities, and HR reporting functions to enhance overall organizational effectiveness and employee performance.
The role requires coordination with different departments to assist in performance evaluations, preparation of HR reports, employee development initiatives, and implementation of HR policies and OD practices. The selected candidate will also support management in maintaining performance data, employee records, and organizational improvement activities.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development. Basic knowledge of KPI tracking, performance management systems, HR reporting, and employee engagement practices is required. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organizational development initiatives that support corporate goals and employee satisfaction.
- Coordinate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during organizational restructuring or policy updates.
- Assist in performance management by tracking key performance indicators and preparing detailed reports to guide leadership decisions.
- Drive employee engagement programs that enhance workplace morale and promote a positive organizational culture.
- Support workforce planning activities, including analyzing staffing needs and succession planning.
- Maintain and update HR information systems to ensure accurate employee data and reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with the training and development team to schedule and monitor learning programs that improve employee skills and business outcomes.
- Generate HR analytics and insights to help identify trends, address operational issues, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and best practices in human resources management.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
