• Documents financial transactions (BP & BRs) by entering information in the WIZMEN system.
  • Ensures that all business transactions are recorded.
  • Reconciles all bank ledgers with bank statements on a monthly or fortnightly basis.
  • Reconciles other financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports related to the financial cost, bank reconciliation status etc.
  • Computes taxes to be deducted from payments and generates FBR challan for deposit of same in the government treasury.
  • Reconciles CEO/MD’s cash books on half monthly basis.
  • Reconciles CEO/MD’s Bank books on half monthly basis.
  • Maintaining, recording, and reconciling cashbooks of projects.
  • Assists in the reconciliation of accounts payables.
  • Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
  • Handle general account queries.
  • Any other duty assigned by the Head as and when needed.
