- Accounting Manager duties and responsibilities
- Plan, implement and oversaw overall accounting strategy
- Oversee accounting daily operations
- Take responsibility for accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, and utilities, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc
- Monitor and analyze accounting data
- Set up and monitor accounting KPIs
- Regularly produce financial reports or statements
- Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Perform and oversee annual audits
- Provide recommendations
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Prepare and present KPIs to stakeholders
- Coordinate with the production manager to constantly observe and control the production cost.
- Liaise with tax consultants to stay updated on changes in tax regulations and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with tax consultants and provide him required data to submit quarterly withholding tax statements and annual income tax returns.
