Fundraising & Partnerships Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Fundraising & Partnerships Officer to spearhead fundraising efforts and cultivate robust partnerships within Pakistan's NGO and non-profit sectors. This role demands comprehensive knowledge of the local regulatory environment, including SECP, PCP, and EAD compliance. The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, donor relations, or corporate partnerships to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies that advance the company’s mission and secure essential funding. This position ensures effective management of donor relationships, grant writing, proposal development, and stakeholder engagement, driving impactful campaigns and resource mobilization. The Fundraising & Partnerships Officer works independently without team management responsibilities, requiring exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities in English and Urdu, and proficiency with donor management systems. The officer coordinates fundraising events, analyzes campaign performance, maintains strict adherence to budget constraints, and fosters collaborative relationships with partners and stakeholders to optimize donor engagement and growth. This role is crucial to sustaining and expanding Demas & Co’s funding base through strategic, innovative fundraising and partnership development initiatives.

Responsibilities

. Donor Acquisition and Relationship Management
Individual Giving: Design and implement individual giving programs, including major donor pipelines and recurring monthly supporter initiatives.
Stewardship: Build long-term, trust-based relationships with donors, sponsors, and key stakeholders, ensuring timely acknowledgment, transparent updates, and meaningful engagement.
Database Management: Maintain and update accurate records of donor interactions, contribution history, and contact details using CRM/fundraising software.
2. Grants and Proposal Writing
Prospect Research: Identify and research local and international grant-making trusts, foundations, and institutional donors aligned with environmental and social causes.
Proposal Development: Write, structure, and submit compelling, evidence-based grant proposals, concept notes, and institutional bids.
Grant Reporting: Coordinate with program and finance teams to track grant deliverables and prepare precise financial and narrative progress reports for donors.
3. Corporate Partnerships and Sponsorships
Strategic Alliances: Pitch partnership opportunities to aligned corporate entities, local businesses, and sustainable enterprises.
Campaign Sponsorships: Secure sponsorships for Pure Zameen Foundation’s public awareness campaigns, community workshops, and environmental initiatives.
4. Campaigns and Communications Collaboration
Collaborative Storytelling: Work closely with the communications and marketing teams to create persuasive appeals, newsletters, impact stories, and visual collateral that resonate with supporters.
Event Fundraising: Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events, community drives, and digital crowdfunding campaigns.
5. Financial Monitoring and Reporting
Track fundraising performance metrics against targets, analyzing return-on-investment (ROI) for various campaigns.
Prepare regular income forecasts, pipeline summaries, and analytical reports for executive leadership and the board.
