AI Automation Engineer

Deline Media Pakistan Pvt Ltd is seeking an AI Automation Engineer who specializes in designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered automation solutions. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, improving customer experience, and boosting internal productivity within the Electronic Medical Records/Electronic Health Records (EMR/EHR) ecosystem. The successful candidate will leverage AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), workflow automation, APIs, and intelligent process automation to streamline both business and engineering workflows effectively. The AI Automation Engineer works collaboratively with cross-functional teams from Product, Engineering, Quality Assurance, DevOps, Human Resources, and Operations to identify opportunities for automation. While this role does not involve team management, it requires a strong passion for Artificial Intelligence, prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, and developing scalable AI-enabled business solutions. The position demands close attention to the optimization and security of AI implementations to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI-powered automation workflows tailored for business and product teams to enhance efficiency.
- Develop AI assistants, copilots, and intelligent automation tools that simplify complex workflows.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into both internal systems and customer-facing applications for improved interaction.
- Create and maintain API-based integrations connecting AI platforms with enterprise-level systems.
- Develop and refine prompt engineering strategies to ensure reliable and consistent AI responses.
- Automate repetitive operational and business processes to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to assess and implement automation opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
- Evaluate new and emerging AI technologies and tools, recommending the most suitable for integration.
- Monitor the performance of AI solutions continuously, making necessary adjustments to optimize effectiveness.
- Ensure all AI automation projects comply with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop reusable AI automation components accompanied by thorough documentation and best practices.
- Support initiatives involving chatbots, workflow automation, and intelligent knowledge management.
- Design and maintain dashboards to track automation impact and measure productivity enhancements.
- Maintain clear, up-to-date technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and scalability of AI solutions.
