Responsible for overseeing the online sales and digital marketing strategies for a company specializing in glassware products. Your role involves managing online sales platforms, optimizing the user experience, and driving revenue growth through effective digital marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with various departments, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure the seamless operation of e-commerce activities.

1. Online Sales Management:

  • Oversee and manage the company’s online sales platforms, including the website, and online marketplaces (e.g., DARAZ, Amazon, Shopify and social media shops.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and market presence.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, making data-driven decisions to improve sales and profitability.

2. Digital Marketing:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and effective marketing content.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using insights to refine strategies.

3. Website and User Experience Optimization:

  • Ensure the company website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.
  • Work with web developers and designers to improve site functionality, navigation, and overall user experience.
  • Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings.

4. Customer Service:

  • Oversee the customer service process for online sales, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  •  Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance and present findings to senior management.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and logistics teams to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals.
