Field Survey Agent (Field Enumerator)

Dekr Estimation is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Field Survey Agent to join our team. In this role, the primary responsibility is to conduct field surveys by visiting assigned locations and collecting accurate data through face-to-face interviews and questionnaires. The ideal candidate communicates clearly and professionally, ensuring respondents understand the surveys purpose and feel comfortable providing valuable information. The ability to navigate geographically and adhere to schedules is essential. The position demands maintaining confidentiality and delivering complete and truthful data punctually to support our organizational goals. The Field Survey Agent position requires a candidate with at least one year of relevant experience in data collection and survey administration. This is an individual contributor role without team management responsibilities. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and the capability to record and submit data efficiently. The role supports Dekr Estimations mission by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of collected information, which feeds into the companys broader analytical and decision-making processes.
Responsibilities

Visit assigned locations according to the provided schedule and plan routes efficiently.
Conduct face-to-face surveys and interviews with respondents using structured questionnaires.
Collect accurate, complete, and truthful information from respondents while ensuring data integrity.
Record survey responses digitally or on provided forms with attention to detail.
Explain the surveys purpose clearly and professionally to respondents to encourage honest participation.
Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information gathered during fieldwork.
Submit all collected data on time and ensure completeness before submission.
Coordinate regularly with the supervisor to report daily progress and any challenges encountered in the field.
Navigate geographical areas effectively to meet survey targets within the designated timeline.
Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines when conducting surveys and interacting with respondents.
