QC Manager

Dekalb Trade Voice, a manufacturer of high-quality textile, leather gloves, apparel, and bags, is seeking a qualified and experienced Quality Control Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our quality control program, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards and customer expectations.

Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality control program for all textile/ leather glove, apparel, and bag production processes.

Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods to identify and address any quality issues.
Analyze inspection data to identify trends and implement corrective actions to prevent future defects.
Maintain and update quality control documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), inspection checklists, and corrective action reports.
Work collaboratively with production, purchasing, and design teams to ensure quality is prioritized throughout the manufacturing process.
Oversee the activities of quality control inspectors and provide them with training and support.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and quality control standards.
Prepare and present quality control reports to management.
