Location: i8/4 Islamabad, Pakistan.

Job Type: Full-time, Evening Shift.

Timings: 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM PKT (9:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST).

Salary Range: Competitive, commensurate with experience (20k - 30k PKR).

Qualifications:

Minimum education: Intermediate (F.Sc) or above.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and internet usage.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and facilitate recruitment activities during evening hours to support organizational hiring needs
Source and screen remote jobs through various channels, including online job portals and social media platforms
Schedule interviews with recruiters via virtual platforms, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
Assist in the preparation of job descriptions, and other recruitment materials
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities
Communicate effectively with hiring managers to provide updates and gather feedback
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.

Skills:

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with internet research and recruitment tools.
