As an E-commerce Executive at Dawson, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our online sales platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth, improve the customer experience, and optimize our e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing and Management: Upload new products, maintain accurate product information, and ensure that product listings are optimized for search and conversion.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. Implement effective inventory control processes.

Website Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain the e-commerce website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online shopping experience.

Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to implement online advertising campaigns, SEO strategies, and email marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

Order Fulfillment: Oversee the order processing and fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate order shipments.

Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service through various channels, including email and chat.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor e-commerce performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and website performance.

Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, including website management, product listing, and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
