Basic Function:

Lead, guide and supervise overall process of the section; coordinate with other departments and solve the issue related to the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as facilitator for the extra tasks related to field; providing services to all departments.

• Ensure availability of materials in the departments, to avoid any work delays.

•Responsible for repair maintenance, over section maintenance and manufacture parts on demand by the departments.

• Find ways to improve process in his/her department. Also work on system development.

•  Manage people coming under his authority. Required to play leader, supervisor, mentor, manager and trainer roles for his subordinates.

• Responsible to coordinate with other departments for the compliance in quality as per standards.

• Is responsible to maintain and monitor quality check & quality assurance. Also seek inputs from quality department over the quality compliance and uplifting the quality standards of products.

• Responsible for proper documentation coming under his position.
