Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis to identify skill gaps within the organization and recommend appropriate training solutions.
  • Design and develop detailed training programs and instructional materials for software-related topics including programming, software development, database management, and web technologies.
  • Deliver effective training sessions using a variety of techniques such as presentations, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and group discussions to engage learners and maximize retention.
  • Utilize presentation tools, primarily PowerPoint, to create clear, visually appealing, and informative training content.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics to continuously improve content and delivery methods.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with current technologies and company standards.
  • Provide one-on-one support and coaching to employees when necessary to address specific learning needs and challenges.
  • Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and participant progress for reporting and compliance purposes.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging software technologies and best practices to integrate new knowledge into training programs effectively.
  • Facilitate workshops and seminars to enhance software proficiency and encourage continuous learning within the organization.
  • Support the onboarding process of new employees by delivering introductory software training sessions tailored to their roles.
