Software Trainer

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis to identify skill gaps within the organization and recommend appropriate training solutions.
Design and develop detailed training programs and instructional materials for software-related topics including programming, software development, database management, and web technologies.
Deliver effective training sessions using a variety of techniques such as presentations, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and group discussions to engage learners and maximize retention.
Utilize presentation tools, primarily PowerPoint, to create clear, visually appealing, and informative training content.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics to continuously improve content and delivery methods.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with current technologies and company standards.
Provide one-on-one support and coaching to employees when necessary to address specific learning needs and challenges.
Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and participant progress for reporting and compliance purposes.
Stay up-to-date with emerging software technologies and best practices to integrate new knowledge into training programs effectively.
Facilitate workshops and seminars to enhance software proficiency and encourage continuous learning within the organization.
Support the onboarding process of new employees by delivering introductory software training sessions tailored to their roles.
