- Develop Housekeeping procedures and ensure implementation.
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
- Plan and oversee all Housekeeping activities.
- Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors, etc.).
- Monitor Janitorial inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Monitor expenses and control the budget.
- Keep maintenance Checklists, logs, and reports on daily activities.
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with.
- Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action.
- Look after all matters of the Guest House.
