Accounts Manager

Dawat-e-Islami Trust is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the daily accounting functions and financial operations. This role requires leading a team of 10 persons to ensure accurate financial reporting, efficient account reconciliation, and thorough account analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis while ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and accounting standards. The Accounts Manager will coordinate internal and external audits, monitor cash flows, manage budgets, and develop strong internal controls to support the organization's financial health. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles and a proven track record in financial management with at least two years of experience in a managerial position. They will provide leadership and mentorship to the accounts team and collaborate closely with company leaders to generate management reports that inform strategic financial decisions. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are important to handle complex data analysis and financial planning effectively. This role is critical in maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of Dawat-e-Islami Trust.
Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting and financial operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements aligned with accounting standards.
Supervise activities related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting processes, and financial planning initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and accounting policies.
Coordinate and support both internal and external audit processes for financial accuracy.
Perform bank reconciliation and resolve any financial discrepancies promptly.
Develop, implement, and maintain efficient accounting policies and internal control procedures.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10 accounting professionals to enhance performance and productivity.
Prepare comprehensive management reports to assist in strategic decision-making and financial forecasting.
Collaborate with senior management to align financial management strategies with organizational goals.
