We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with expertise in SAP to join our manufacturing team based in Korangi, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and updating production-related data within the SAP Production Planning (PP) module. This role involves close coordination with production and warehouse teams to ensure data accuracy and timely processing of production orders and inventory transactions. The position offers a competitive monthly salary and an opportunity to contribute significantly to production efficiency through precise data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update production data in the SAP PP module in a timely manner.
- Process production orders, confirmations, and material movement transactions using SAP.
- Maintain precise records of production activities and inventory movements.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with Production and Warehouse teams.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports utilizing SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and data management policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all production data.
- Support production planning and reporting activities as assigned.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Production Manager or Supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate level education, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in SAP data entry within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience specifically with the SAP PP (Production Planning) module.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Certification or formal training in SAP is preferred.
- This is an on-site position located in Korangi, Karachi.
- Monthly salary range: Rs55,000 to Rs60,000.
