Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data within digital systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data into computer systems and databases with high accuracy.
- Verify and correct data as necessary to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain consistent and proper records and documentation.
- Handle confidential information responsibly and with discretion.
- Apply strong quantitative and mental math skills to data-related tasks.
- Assist with basic administrative duties as needed.
- Generate simple reports upon request.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Intermediate education (FA/FSc/ICom) or equivalent.
- Proven experience working extensively with Excel.
- Typing speed of at least 30–40 words per minute is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in English, including reading, speaking, and writing.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.

The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the possibility of future adjustments. The role requires in-person attendance at our Karachi Gulistan-E-Jouhar office, so candidates must be able to commute reliably or plan to relocate before starting. Applicants should be prepared to demonstrate their expertise in MS Excel, as well as proficiency in price calculations and unit conversions.
