A technology and marketing company based on Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi is looking for a dedicated Data Entry Operator to join their team. This full-time, onsite role is well-suited for fresh graduates who are detail-oriented, focused, and able to work structured overnight shifts. While no prior experience is required, candidates must demonstrate accuracy and a strong commitment to quality in their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data across internal systems with speed and precision.
- Review records carefully to identify and correct errors before processing.
- Maintain well-organized digital files to ensure easy access for team members.
- Meet daily and weekly data entry targets without compromising accuracy.
- Report any unusual or inconsistent information promptly to the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic to intermediate skills in MS Excel and Word.
- Reliable typing speed combined with accuracy.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite overnight shifts, either from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM or 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM, six days a week.
- Punctuality and the ability to work independently after training.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Internship experience in data entry, back office, or administrative roles is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or basic database tools is advantageous.
- Monthly salary ranges from PKR 20,300 to PKR 30,000.
- The position requires reliable onsite attendance at the Main Shahrah-e-Faisal office in Karachi; remote work is not available.
Candidates must be able to commute to the specified location during overnight hours and commit to working six days per week. This role offers a strong foundation for fresh graduates seeking to develop their skills in a structured and supportive environment.
