Data Entry Operator Female

We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Operator to join our team in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering customer and account data from various source documents within designated timeframes. This role demands a high level of attention to detail, the ability to spot and correct errors, and proficiency with data entry software and procedures. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring reliable attendance and commitment.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer and account information by entering text-based and numerical data from source documents within established deadlines.
- Compile and verify data for accuracy, prioritizing information to prepare it for computer entry.
- Review entered data for errors or deficiencies, correct inconsistencies when possible, and ensure output accuracy.
- Research and obtain additional details for incomplete or unclear documents to maintain data integrity.
- Utilize appropriate data entry techniques and procedures to ensure efficient and error-free processing.
- Generate reports and securely store completed work in designated locations, performing backup operations as necessary.
- Scan documents and print files as required to support data management and record-keeping tasks.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in handling both numerical and textual data.
- Ability to identify errors and inconsistencies and take corrective measures promptly.
- Proficiency with data entry software and basic computer applications.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Dependable and punctual, with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines.
- Must be able to commute reliably to Lahore or plan to relocate prior to starting employment.

- Monthly compensation ranges from Rs30,000 to Rs35,000.
