- Collect data from field team on weekly and monthly basis.
- Updating the program data regularly after omitting the errors.
- Use specialized tools to extract the data as per need.
- Responding to data-related queries and keeping track of the data.
- Analyze the data to identify the disease trends.
- Setting up processes and systems to make working with data more efficient.
- Researching new ways to make use of data
- Producing numerical reports and charts and communicating trends within data to non-specialists

- Regular backup of soft data.
- Report discrepancies in the monthly data to MEAL and program team.
- Contribute towards data compilation within organization and partners.
- Participate in preparing data collection tools and procedures.
- Archive paper and digital media.
- Support MEAL department in monthly data compilation and reporting.
- Field visit to health facilities to ensure the authenticity of the data provided.
- Good command over data collection softwares like Kobo tool kit and Excel
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
