We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive and productive workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Oversee performance management and employee evaluation processes.
- Provide support for employee relations and address any issues or grievances.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on HR, or MBA in HR.
- Fresh graduates both Male & Female are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Work Schedule:
6 days a week
9 AM to 6 PM
