DSI is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our software applications. The individual will have strong skills related to software application support, and customer service operations and will be responsible for responding to and resolving customer inquiries via email and telephone.

General Details:

  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Assist customers in resolving software application issues 
  • Document all inquiries/issues and work with development teams to solve customer-related technical issues.
  • Be able to work from home during the Canadian Eastern Time Zone: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday and occasional weekends as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Good working knowledge of the MS Office Suite and Google Applications
  • Extensive experience working in a customer service environment
  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
