As an Assistant Trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing and refining the skills and presence of aspiring models. Your expertise in grooming and presentation will contribute to the success of our models in the competitive fashion industry.

Responsibilities

Assist in grooming and modeling training sessions for male and female models, focusing on posture, poise, and overall presentation.
Provide personalized coaching to enhance models' confidence, body language, and stage presence.
Stay updated on industry trends and standards to ensure training programs align with current expectations.
Assist and prepare workshops on skincare, makeup application, wardrobe selection, and overall personal grooming.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for models of all experience levels.

Requirements

Knowledge of the fashion and modeling industry, including trends, etiquette, and presentation techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire models.
Ability to tailor training programs to accommodate diverse body types and personalities.
