Project Manager

D Voyager is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of projects within the organization. The ideal candidate holds at least a bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. This role involves applying expertise in project planning, agile methodology, and performance tracking to ensure timely and successful project delivery. The Project Manager collaborates closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, model processes, and maintain clear documentation throughout the project life cycle. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for effective communication and reporting. Although this position does not involve managing a team, the Project Manager will coordinate tasks across various departments and work with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. This role requires analytical skills to assess project progress and performance, enabling informed decision-making and issue resolution. The candidate must be prepared for extensive travel between key cities such as Lahore and Islamabad to support project activities and maintain effective stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans integrating agile methodology to define scope, schedule, and milestone deliverables.
Coordinate requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders to capture project needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Maintain clear and comprehensive process models and documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and project transparency.
Track project performance using appropriate tools including Microsoft Project to monitor progress, risks, and resource allocation.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders and management through regular reports and meetings.
Engage effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations, address concerns, and secure necessary support for project success.
Analyze project data to identify potential bottlenecks, recommend solutions, and implement corrective actions promptly.
Plan and manage necessary travel logistics to support project implementation across multiple locations, including Lahore and Islamabad.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the project execution phases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities and synchronize efforts without direct personnel management.
