Responsibilities:
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible to CEO for the following:
Marketing & Sales of services & promotions by our company to individual clients and companies through email, call or social media.
Provide exceptional customer service by offering personalized recommendations, resolving inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain database of clients for future correspondence and pursuance of their requirements.
Stay updated on the latest market trends about services offered by our company and suggest suitable changes to CEO.
Knowledge about travel industry and consultation will be preferred.
Must have negotiation and motivation power.
Handle documentation of office and other necessary paperwork.
Assist in Daily routine work.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor with computer proficiency in MS Office, internet and relevant industry operations.
Office administration, consultation and travel industry experience will be preferred.
Excellent in communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
