Full-Stack Web Developer

D Design Agency is seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic team of three talented professionals. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of full-stack development experience and a strong understanding of modern web development workflows. In this role, you will independently design, develop, and deploy high-quality web applications while collaborating closely with team members to meet project deadlines. The successful developer will be proficient in a broad range of technologies, including frontend and backend frameworks, database management, and deployment pipelines. You will contribute to the complete development lifecycle from conception through deployment and maintenance, ensuring the delivery of scalable and secure solutions. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and teamwork skills are essential to thrive in this fast-paced agency environment.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications using modern frontend and backend frameworks.
Design and implement RESTful APIs to support seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
Manage databases by performing schema design, optimization, and efficient querying using technologies such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code leveraging TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and relevant frameworks.
Deploy and monitor web applications using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Vercel to ensure high availability.
Configure and manage containerized environments using Docker to facilitate development, testing, and deployment.
Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms to enforce security and data privacy best practices.
Integrate AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, and Claude Code to enhance coding efficiency and quality.
Utilize version control systems and CI/CD pipelines with GitHub and GitHub Actions to automate testing and deployment processes.
Apply basic web security principles to mitigate common vulnerabilities and threats.
Collaborate with team members in agile workflows, communicate effectively, and participate in code reviews to maintain software quality.
Optimize application performance and perform debugging to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Employ testing frameworks like Playwright or Cypress to develop automated tests ensuring application robustness.
Monitor application errors and performance issues using tools such as Sentry and continuously improve the system.
Use design systems like Tailwind CSS for rapid and consistent UI development.
Leverage ORMs such as Prisma or Drizzle for efficient database interactions.
Maintain Redis or other caching mechanisms to improve response times and scalability.
Lead and mentor junior developers within the team to foster growth and maintain project standards.
