Business Growth Specialist

Cypheronics is seeking a confident and motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. In this role, the specialist focuses on expanding the companys market presence by engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and converting inquiries into business opportunities. The specialist will work Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, interacting closely with clients and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful onboarding. The Business Growth Specialist will manage a small team of one person to facilitate lead generation and client relationship management efforts. This role demands strong communication skills, a confident and persuasive personality, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in English, customer relationship management, and an understanding of sales concepts. Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients through various communication channels, including calls and messages.
Understand client requirements accurately and recommend appropriate services to meet their needs.
Handle business inquiries efficiently and follow up consistently with prospective clients to convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to foster trust and sustained business growth.
Prepare and deliver professional sales pitches and presentations that effectively convey service benefits.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of leads, follow-ups, client interactions, and sales conversions.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and timely delivery of services to new clients.
Lead and manage a small team to optimize lead generation and client management processes.
Work independently to meet set sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of Cypheronics.
Adhere to office timings and company policies, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor in all communications.
