This position exists to ensure that the assigned responsibilities to the group of executives/representatives in the designated area are clearly understood and adhered to. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Assists in planning an effective execution of monthly/ quarterly/ annual sales plans to meet the assigned targets.
  2. Ensure timely provision of knowledge of new promotions, products, and services to the customers.
  3. Ensures effective implementation of Storm Fiber SOPs.
  4. Promotes a positive company image through customer care, troubleshooting, and providing remedial solutions to day-to-day problems faced by the customer.
  5. Explores new house passes in his assigned area.
  6. Make Tele Sales presentations to sell Storm Fiber services to potential & existing Customers in assigned territories.
  7. Ensures that productivity standards set by the department are maintained at all times.

Job Specifications Academic

Graduation/Intermediate Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience/ Customer Care

Skills: Target Oriented, Excellent Negotiation and communication skills, Basic computing skill.
