Following are the requirements for the position of Accounts & Admin Executive:
Responsibilities:
- Manage spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers, and journals.
- Prepare statutory accounts.
- Verify payment amounts and records for accuracy.
- Handle daily incoming/outgoing mail and address queries.
- Manage petty cash transactions.
- Control credit and proactively chase debt.
- Reconcile finance accounts and direct debits.
- Generate reports on accounts payable and receivable.
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
- Prepare, send, and store invoices.
- Communicate with clients, sending reminders for timely payments.
Skills:
- Proficient in accounting software.
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive, confident, and determined approach.
- High self-motivation and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
