Medical Scribe

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Scribe in Lahore. As a Medical Scribe, you will be responsible for assisting physicians by accurately documenting medical visits and procedures in real-time. Your role will involve performing clerical and information technology functions in a clinic setting, ensuring that medical records are maintained efficiently and accurately. Good judgment, organizational ability, and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Accurately document medical visits and procedures as they are being performed by physicians.
Prepare referral letters and other necessary documentation as required.
Perform clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the clinic.
Alert doctors about emergency cases promptly and efficiently.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding patient information.

Requirements:

MBBS degree.
Strong fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Working:

Monday to Saturday
5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
On-site
