We are excited to announce a new opportunity at Cyber System for the position of Business Development Manager (Medical Billing). We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our efforts in expanding and developing business in the medical billing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the medical billing domain.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on business development activities.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 4 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the medical billing or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of medical billing processes, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team to achieve set goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
