We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base within the medical billing sector. You will work closely with healthcare providers to understand their needs, present our solutions, and build long-lasting relationships to ensure mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop Opportunities: Prospect and identify potential clients within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices, to expand Cyber System’s client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that align with our services.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets and increase market share.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our medical billing solutions, staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes to effectively communicate the benefits to potential clients.
  • Presentation and Negotiation: Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients, addressing their needs and overcoming objections to close deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the medical billing or healthcare industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of medical billing processes, healthcare regulations, and industry trends.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
