This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive in Lahore. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for initiating and managing sales activities, particularly focusing on the US Real Estate Market. Your role involves cold calling, appointment setting, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Salary & Benefits:

    • 40,000/- to 60,000/- (depending upon your interview)
    • P&D To Females, Plus Commissions, Medical Insurance, Employee of the month Reward, Annual Increments, Sponsored Trips, Sports & Entertainment.

Working Timings:

      • Timings: (06:00pm to 03:00am (Monday to Friday))
      • On-site

Requirements:

    • Previous 1 year experience as a Sales Executive, which includes cold calling, appointment setting, and lead generation
  • Setting up appointments for sales meetings.
  • Providing information about the company\'s products and services.
  • Maintaining a database of leads and contacts.
  • Following up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close deals.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English proficiency (Speaking and Listening)
  • Neutral Accent
  • Confidence in engaging with potential clients over the phone
  • Previous experience in cold calling and appointment setting in the US market is a plus
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with technology and using CRM systems
  • Strong social, selling, and situation handling skills
