The Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing workflow processes within the organization. This role involves identifying inefficiencies, recommending improvements, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and streamline operations. The individual collaborates with various departments to ensure that workflows are efficient, effective, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse Current Process: Evaluate existing process and workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Design and Implement Solutions: Develop and implement workflow solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with department heads and team members to understand their needs and ensure workflow solutions meet business requirements.
  • Monitor and Report: Track the performance of implemented workflows and provide regular reports on their effectiveness.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on new workflow processes and tools.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve workflow processes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in workflow analysis, process improvement, or a related role - experience with automation tools and technologies is strongly desired.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in workflow management software and tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Lean/Six Sigma or related process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Location

  • Work from home mainly.
  • However, you may be required to be on-site for a short period for some projects. In such case, visa and all related expenses will be managed by our clients with a daily allowance per day also be paid
