5+ years of experience in architectural, civil, or MEP drafting
Strong AutoCAD / Sketchup / Revit / Civil 3D skills
A portfolio you can share (even informal project samples are fine)
Good written English for client-facing coordination

Responsibilities

Create detailed architectural, civil, and MEP construction drawings using AutoCAD and related software.
Develop and maintain 3D models and coordination drawings to facilitate effective project execution and collaboration.
Prepare MEP coordination and layout drawings to support project design and installation phases.
Utilize software such as AutoCAD MEP, SketchUp, and 3ds Max for drafting, modeling, and rendering tasks.
Coordinate with project teams and clients to ensure drawings meet all technical and project requirements.
Review and update drawings regularly based on revisions, client feedback, and project developments.
Ensure that all drafted materials comply with applicable standards, codes, and client specifications.
Contribute to the development and improvement of drafting processes and standards.
Maintain an organized portfolio of projects and samples for client presentations and internal reference.
Communicate progress and challenges clearly in written English to support client-facing coordination.
Manage independent workloads efficiently while adhering to project deadlines and quality expectations.
