Customer Support Executive (CSR)

We are looking for a motivated International Sales and Support Agent to join our team for the night shift at our Shahra-e-Faisal office. This full-time position involves engaging with international clients primarily through outbound cold calling, aiming to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer support. The role offers a competitive base salary plus commission, with an average monthly take-home pay ranging from PKR 90,000 to 100,000. The ideal candidate will be reliable, professional, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while working the night shift starting at 12:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective international clients to generate leads and close sales.
- Provide timely and professional support by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed both individual and team sales targets.
- Adapt quickly to feedback, handle rejection with resilience, and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
- Ensure strict adherence to the scheduled night shift hours, starting at midnight.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent command of English with a neutral or near-native accent to ensure clear and effective communication.
- At least six months of experience in cold calling, preferably in sales or lead generation roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills to engage clients and build rapport.
- Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, with a firm commitment to the night shift schedule.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Target-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement and achieving sales goals.
- Ability to think quickly, adapt to changing situations, and maintain resilience in the face of rejection.
