Customer Success Specialist

Techsol IT is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join as International Sales & Customer Success Specialists based in Karachi. This role involves supporting US-based clients primarily through calls and chats, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The position requires working night shifts starting at 6:00 AM and offers a competitive base salary complemented by performance-based commissions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a significant volume of calls and chats from customers located in the United States, providing prompt and effective solutions. Respond accurately to customer questions and troubleshoot any problems they encounter. Deliver professional, empathetic customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Utilize CRM systems and other support tools to document and manage customer interactions efficiently, ensuring all information is up to date.

Required Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills with a clear American accent are essential for this role. The minimum education requirement is Matric/O Levels, while a Bachelor’s degree is considered an advantage. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office applications. Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory. Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
The position offers a base salary of Rs. 100,000 with additional commission opportunities, allowing average monthly earnings to range between Rs. 130,000 and Rs. 150,000 depending on individual performance.
