The successful candidate will communicate with customers in the UK, understand their educational requirements, explain our tuition and online education courses, and convert interested prospects into paying students. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with exceptional English communication skills and strong convincing/sales abilities . Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the UK. Speak confidently and professionally with UK customers. Understand customers' educational requirements and recommend suitable tuition courses. Clearly explain course details, benefits, pricing, and enrollment procedures. Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into enrollments. Build rapport and maintain excellent relationships with customers. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information in the CRM. Provide a professional and positive customer experience. Requirements Excellent English communication skills — both verbal and written. Strong convincing, persuasion, and sales skills. Previous experience in telesales, customer service, call centers, or education sales is preferred. Experience dealing with UK customers is an advantage. Confident personality with the ability to build rapport quickly. Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales results. Good computer and internet skills. Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home environment. Ability to work independently during the evening shift.
