Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Representative — Shopify

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Representative to join our team at our Tariq Road, Karachi location. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with an on-site work arrangement. The successful candidate will primarily manage customer orders through Shopify, provide support via WhatsApp and phone calls, and ensure a seamless order fulfillment process. Strong communication skills and the ability to professionally handle customer inquiries across multiple platforms are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders using Shopify.
- Confirm customer orders through WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Respond promptly to customer queries on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Messenger.
- Address product, delivery, exchange, and service-related concerns with professionalism.
- Identify customer issues, offer appropriate solutions, and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate order fulfillment and follow up on any pending or unresolved cases.
- Maintain courteous and professional communication with customers at all times.
- Assist with daily Shopify operations and general customer service tasks.

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with proven experience in customer handling.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify and online order management systems.
- Comfortable interacting with customers via WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Responsible, organized, and capable of managing multiple customer queries efficiently.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Karachi.

Work Location and Compensation
This is an on-site position based at Tariq Road, Karachi. The salary range for this role is PKR 20,000 to PKR 35,000 per month, depending on experience and whether the candidate is employed full-time or part-time.
