Customer Sales Representative

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and at least one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into sales, and directly contributing to the company’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales opportunities
- Professionally handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the system

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in Call Center, BPO, or Sales environments
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confident and target-oriented personality with strong customer handling and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated with a professional attitude toward work

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in BPO or sales is advantageous

Working Hours:
