Customer Sales Agents

Mars BPO is looking for motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for sales. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into successful sales, and playing a key part in driving the company’s growth. Candidates should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and be committed to meeting sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Handle customer queries efficiently and provide accurate information.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the system.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and listening.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Good problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
