Customer Engagement Specialist

Prime BPO 5 is looking for Customer Engagement Specialists (CES) to join their outbound US sales campaigns. This role is ideal for fresh graduates as well as experienced call center agents who want to grow their careers and earn uncapped commissions. The position involves engaging customers to promote various products and services, with a strong emphasis on meeting sales targets while ensuring high-quality and compliant communications. Candidates should be ready to work night shifts and commit to a full-time role in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote products and services effectively to prospective customers and close sales.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain professional call quality and adhere to compliance standards during all customer interactions.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a US sales campaign, or fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Candidates must not be currently studying or employed elsewhere.
