Customer Engagement Specialist

Prime BPO 5 is looking for Customer Engagement Specialists (CES) to join their outbound US sales campaigns. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates as well as experienced call center agents who are motivated to develop their careers and earn uncapped commissions. The role requires engaging with customers to promote various products and services, with a strong emphasis on meeting sales targets while ensuring excellent communication and compliance standards. Candidates must be willing to work night shifts and commit to a full-time, in-person position based in Rawalpindi.

Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively promote products and services to customers and successfully close sales
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain high-quality call standards and strictly follow compliance guidelines

Required Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience in a US sales campaign, or fresh graduates with strong English communication skills
- Availability to work night shifts
- Not currently enrolled as a student or employed elsewhere

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
